Our approach

An iterative approach

A phase-based method that incorporates your feedback at every iteration — for a result perfectly aligned with your expectations and your business.

Why this approach?

Projects that fail often share one thing in common: the client sees the final product after months of development. Too late to course-correct. At House Of Coding, every feature is an iteration: you see it, you use it, you validate it — and only then do we move on. Solutions always focused on business value.

Project phases

Phase 1

Scoping & Vision

POC · Kickoff · Workshop · Architecture & backlog

Before any development, we take the time to understand your business, your users and your constraints. A POC can be built to validate feasibility. We define the scope, priorities and roadmap together — so we start without bad surprises.

Phase 2

MVP Production

Iterations · Final adjustments

The core of the project. Each feature is built in a short iteration following the cycle below. You are involved at every step — you test, you validate, and you stay in control of priorities and budget.

Phase 3

Evolutions

New iterations · Industrialisation · Scaling

Once the MVP is live, the project enters continuous evolution. New features, industrialisation, scaling — always in iterative mode, with the same guarantees of transparency and quality.

Iteration breakdown
01

Planning

Define sprint objectives, break down tasks and prioritise with you.

02

Development

Feature development, code review and continuous testing.

03

Review & Demo

You test what was built and give your feedback directly.

04

Retrospective

We analyse, we adjust — so the next iteration is even better.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a POC take?
Allow 1 to 2 weeks, plus a few extra days to deliver a clickable prototype.
How long does a typical project take?
It depends on the scope. An MVP can be delivered in 4 to 8 weeks. We calibrate the initial scope with you to match your budget and deadlines.
Can features be added along the way?
Yes. That's one of the advantages of the iterative approach. Each new feature is simply a new iteration, prioritised and planned with you.
How do synchronisation check-ins work?
At the end of each iteration, a review & demo is held. You see what has been built, test it, and validate before continuing.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with an iteration?
We iterate until you're satisfied. No iteration is closed without your explicit sign-off.
Do you work with a client's internal teams?
Absolutely. We bring your processes and tools into your teams — Jira, GitHub, Bitbucket — or work autonomously depending on your preference.
